The Roberts House is located in the center of the beautiful Rideau Lakes region on Westport Mill Pond, across the street from the Rideau Lake and at the foot of Foley Mountain. The 126-mile, 1832 Rideau Canal Corridor has been coined a World Heritage site by National Geographic Traveler. This area offers charming parks, beautifully restored historic buildings and enticing shops, pubs, restaurants and inns.
Originally built as a vacation home by the Roberts family, the house has been transformed by Rob and Marianne Roberts into a charming bed and breakfast. Renovated rooms feature fine linens and antiques, ceiling fans and central air conditioning, and all offer water views. High-speed, wireless Internet service is also available throughout the house.
We encourage you to relax in your beautifully appointed rooms or our lovely gardens in season, and explore the many shops and restaurants of Westport, all within walking distance.
The Roberts House is proud to support the preservation of the Rideau Heritage corridor and follows “green” housekeeping practices wherever possible and recycling of all food materials, bottle and cans.
